Blueberry Lemon Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Smucker's® Blueberry Syrup
  • 1/4 pound butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

Directions

  1. COMBINE syrup, butter and lemon zest in small bowl, using mixer. Place into small crock or custard cup. Store in refrigerator.
  2. SERVE at room temperature as a spread for bagels, toast, muffins, pancakes or waffles.
