Fruit & Goat Cheese Brunch Toast

  • 5 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 (4 oz.) package creamy chevre goat cheese
  • 1 jar Smucker’s® Mosaics™ Fruit Spread, any variety
  • Fresh herbs, chopped (such as mint, thyme or basil)


  1. HEAT broiler to HIGH. Combine butter, cinnamon and sugar in small bowl until blended.
  2. PLACE bread on baking sheet. Broil about 4 inches from heat until lightly toasted on both sides, turning halfway through cooking time. Spread butter mixture on top side of toast. Broil until bubbly. Top with cheese. Broil just until melted.
  3. TOP toast with fruit spread. Sprinkle with herbs.
