Hearty Apricot Muesli

  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup quick or old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar™ Reduced Sugar Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup currants or raisins
  • 1 (6 oz.) container sugar-free vanilla yogurt


  1. COMBINE water, oat bran, oats, wheat germ and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through.
  2. REMOVE saucepan from heat; stir in preserves, almonds, currants and yogurt. Serve warm.
