Peanut Butter Bran Shake

  • 1/2 cup apple juice, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons bran cereal
  • 1/3 cup Smucker's® Natural Chunky Peanut Butter, stirred
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt


  1. PLACE apple juice and cereal in blender container. Allow to soften for 3 minutes.
  2. ADD peanut butter and cinnamon to apple juice mixture. Process for 45 seconds or until smooth. Add frozen yogurt. Process until well blended.
  3. POUR into two tall glasses. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
  1. CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BRAN SHAKE: Substitute chocolate frozen yogurt for vanilla.
