Raspberry-Fig Cheese Ball

Yield: 1 cheese ball


  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Smucker’s® Natural Red Raspberry Fruit Spread
  • 1 tablespoon Smucker’s® Beekeeper’s Promise™ Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts


  1. BEAT cream cheese, fruit spread, honey and pepper in medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
  2. ADD figs and Parmesan cheese; beat on low speed until combined.
  3. SHAPE cheese mixture into ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill until firm, at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. ROLL cheese ball in pecans to coat just prior to serving. Let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes before serving.
