Ingredients

  • 1 cup Smucker's® Natural Blackberry Fruit Spread
  • 1/3 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE fruit spread, oil and vinegar in medium bowl with whisk. Pour over fresh salad greens. Store in refrigerator.

  • Step 2

    Other flavors of Smucker's Fruit Spread — Strawberry, Red Raspberry — may be substituted for Blackberrry.

  • Step 3

    2 tsps. Dijon mustard

  • Step 4

    1/8 tsp. pepper

  • Step 6

    2 tsps. fresh or 1 tsp. dried thyme

  • Step 7

    1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  • Step 8

    1 tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice

    1 finely chopped green onion
