- 2 tablespoons Smucker's® Strawberry Preserves (or your favorite Smucker's® strawberry spread)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

COMBINE preserves, vinegar, mustard and thyme in small bowl.

WHISK in oil until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a tossed salad, add to a chicken salad or even use as a marinade for a little zip.
