Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps. Smucker's® Simply Fruit® Apricot Spreadable Fruit
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    BEAT spreadable fruit, butter, thyme and pepper in small bowl with mixer until smooth.

  • Step 2

    PLACE butter on plastic wrap. Fold plastic wrap over butter to cover. Roll into log, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Twist ends of plastic wrap.

  • Step 3

    CHILL 1 hour or until firm.

  • Step 4

    Use as a spread for sandwiches or with grilled chicken.
