Orange Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Smucker’s® Natural Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. COMBINE sweet potatoes, marmalade and salt. Place in prepared casserole dish.
  3. COMBINE brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon. Mix in butter until moistened. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over top of sweet potatoes.
  4. BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
