Sweet Orange and Chipotle Salsa

  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar™ Reduced Sugar Sweet Orange Marmalade
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons chopped chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce, to taste


  1. COMBINE all ingredients in medium bowl except for chile peppers. Refrigerate until ready to use. Season with chile peppers to taste and serve with baked tortilla chips.
